Student Safety
Anti-Ragging Cell
Shri C.B. Guttal Ayurvedic Medical College enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy on ragging in all its forms. Our Anti-Ragging Committee and Anti-Ragging Squad operate continuously throughout the academic year to ensure a safe and respectful environment for every student on campus.
Ragging in any form — physical, verbal, psychological, or online — is a punishable offence under relevant laws and NCISM regulations. Any student found engaging in ragging will face immediate disciplinary action, including suspension and legal proceedings.
Our committee includes faculty members, students, and external representatives who monitor campus activities year-round.
Student Support
Grievance Redressal Cell
The Grievance Redressal Cell at CBGAMC provides a formal, confidential mechanism for students to raise concerns related to academics, administration, facilities, or interpersonal issues. All grievances are treated with confidentiality and addressed in a time-bound manner.
Students can submit grievances in writing, through the suggestion box on campus, or via a dedicated grievance email. The cell meets regularly to review and resolve pending grievances.
Women’s Safety
Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)
In compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, CBGAMC has constituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC).
The ICC ensures a safe academic and professional environment for all women students, faculty, and staff by providing a structured mechanism for addressing complaints of sexual harassment.
Quality Assurance
Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)
The IQAC at CBGAMC functions as the quality assurance backbone of the institution. It continuously monitors and evaluates academic processes, faculty performance, student outcomes, and institutional functioning to ensure the college consistently meets and exceeds the standards set by RGUHS and NCISM.
Regular feedback from students and faculty to improve academic delivery.
Periodic academic audits to ensure curriculum quality and faculty standards.
Implementation of best practices in higher education and healthcare training.
Tracking student outcomes, placement, and alumni performance post-graduation.
