About the Program
The Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) is a five-and-a-half-year undergraduate medical degree that integrates the timeless wisdom of classical Ayurveda with modern biomedical sciences. Recognised by CCIM and regulated by NCISM, BAMS opens pathways to clinical practice, postgraduate study, research, and teaching across India and internationally.
At Shri C.B. Guttal Ayurvedic Medical College, the BAMS program is structured to give students a thorough command of both theoretical Ayurvedic classics and hands-on clinical training in our 60-bed teaching hospital.
